If you register with iMOVIEi or set up a PRO User of BUSINESS User account we will collect and store your contact information - your name, address, phone, email and other similar information.

iMOVIEi takes issues regarding your privacy very seriously and this policy details how we collect, store, use and protect your personal information. You accept this policy when you join iMOVIEi. We may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website and the revised version will be effective at the time we post it.

You will find, however, that many of the data fields you are asked to complete when you join iMOVIEi are not mandatory, so it is very much up to you how much information you give us, but you can rest assured the privacy of any details you do provide will be preserved.

You need to be a Registered User, PRO User of BUSINESS User to submit data, including photos and textual information to iMOVIEi. We will ask you for some personal information when you set up an account, including your email address and to create a user name and password, which you will use to access the available services.

You will find that during the data submission process there are other options which enable you to hide information about yourself, your location or your business that you may not want other people to see. The information you choose to not be displayed, including any personal details, will not be seen by anyone other than by iMOVIEi, our subcontractors, employees, agents and advisors, including legal advisors, as part of the process of administering your membership and when making decisions whether any material you seek to upload onto the site should be accepted or rejected.

In the event you choose not to display any information and another iMOVIEi user wishes to contact you they can request that we make the contact on their behalf and we will do so, but it is up to you to choose whether you return that contact.

We will not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties except in the event we may be required to do so by law.

2. Secure Payment Processing

iMOVIEi's chosen payment processing solution is provided by PayPal Website Payments Pro. This is a custom integrated solution that allows you to make payments through iMOVIEi's website without redirection to PayPal pages and provides a stable, secure and reliable payment connection between us. All card holder functions for payments made through the website are therefore outsourced to PayPal systems and we do not store, copy, save or otherwise record any of your credit card details.

PayPal's Website Payments Pro package also provides us with PayPal Virtual Terminal which enables iMOVIEi to accept credit card payments by phone, fax and email. In the event we accept payment using this method any credit card details we may temporarily hold will be securely destroyed as soon as the transaction is completed.

3. How we protect and store your personal information

We store and process your personal information on third party servers, and it is protected by maintenance of physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable regulations. Our third party servers use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, enforce physical access controls to buildings and files, and physical access to personal information is only authorised for those employees who require it to fulfil their job responsibilities.

4. How we may use your personal information

We collect your personal information to provide you with a secure and efficient customer experience.

Google Maps, Panoramio and Wikipedia are all accessed directly through iMOVIEi, and the information made available through these services is provided for your use, but any personal information you may choose to submit to these third party websites is subject to that website's individual Privacy Policy.

In the event you choose to give personal information to any other websites, companies or organisations accessed through links contained in the personal, location or business directory database provided by iMOVIEi, such information, is, again, subject to that website's individual Privacy Policy.

Any email contact that you will receive from iMOVIEi will be from the corresponding @imoviei.com domain name.
