3. Use of User Generated Content

iMOVIEi is an open platform and designed for the free exchange of information, content and ideas. When you upload or post content to iMOVIEi, such content becomes public content and will be searchable by and available to anyone who visits the website, unless you select the privacy options available during the submission process. iMOVIEi does not claim ownership of the materials you post, upload, input or submit. However, by submitting your content for inclusion to iMOVIEi, you are granting iMOVIEi, a revocable worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transfer, transmit, distribute and publish that content in the iMOVIEi website, and/or in any associated press and/or publicity articles that may be published about iMOVIEi from time to time.

iMOVIEi respects intellectual property rights. If you submit content to iMOVIEi for inclusion in the website please make sure it is content that you have created, or have permission to use. Please do not steal images or video created by other people and try to pass it off as your own. By uploading content you give iMOVIEi your permission to use the content on the website.
